We remain conscious of the importance of the health, safety of our employees and anyone else that may be affected by our business and so we ensure training and supervision methods are properly executed.

We recognize the importance of a positive working environment and successful business practice and so therefore we make up most efforts to attract, reward and retain talented employees to create and sustain a healthy business environment.

As part of our support of social welfare we have taken part in certain social and cultural events like local Sunday races and cultural shows. We are also extending our grass roots programme to encourage young people to get involved in sport.

Our employees, management and stakeholders are encouraged to reduce impact on the environment by considering:

  • Methods of waste management
  • Improved use of natural resources and lowering energy consumption
  • Recycling
  • Use of transport that has a reduced impact on the environment

We consider Corporate sustainability¬† as a key issue. In addition, we frequently evaluate and assess our internal processes and purchasing behaviour to ensure that we give preference to suppliers who have a record of following a ‘green’ initiative. We know all smaller actions sums up for greater results, for example every day we refrain from unnecessary printing and we encourage our receiver not to print any of our emails, unless it is necessary.

Our corporate business approach is keen on creating long-term consumer and employee value by not only creating a “green” strategy aimed towards the natural environment, but also taking into consideration every dimension of how we operating in the social, cultural, and economic environment. We are also developing and formulating strategies to build a company that fosters longevity through transparency and proper employee development.
